Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Timeframe Rules 1-HOUR RULE
  • 1-Hour Prior Cancellation: Users can claim a refund via the 'My Match' section at least 1 HOUR prior to the scheduled match start time.
  • Late Cancellations: Refunds will NOT be granted under any circumstances if requested less than 1 hour before match time (e.g., 59 minutes remaining).
2. Technical Issues & Game Kicks
  • TryZoneX is not liable for squad kicks caused by Free Fire internal bugs, 'Clear Kick' commands, or game server disconnects.
  • In case of disputed room kicks, players MUST provide uninterrupted screen recording proof from entry to match start. Without video proof, no refunds will be processed.
3. Prize Money & Balance Processing 20 - 30 MIN PAYOUT

Prize balances are credited to the user's TryZoneX account wallet within 20 to 30 minutes after match completion.
